was one of the first independent contact centres in
Cape Town to offer both inbound and outbound international
telphone services; having being established to capitalise
on the growing need for a first-world, high value yet
affordable alternative to an onshore European or American
contact-centre solution.
The growing European component of Cape Town's population has
rendered a large foreign contingent within the work-force. This allows us to provide
multi-lingual services through foreign language speaking agents for our European
customers.
South Africa is in the same time zone as most of Europe which
means our agents work the same hours as most of our customers. This serves to
maintain our high standards and greatly facilitates communication between our
customers and their dedicated account managers.
Recent contact centre initiatives
by the South African Government have resulted in very competitive telecommunications
offerings internationally which have resulted in international call costs being
almost on a par to a locally dialled call.
