through a rigorous employment process and are continually
monitored for quality and efficiency thereafter. Once
recruited, quality standards are maintained through
regular training and mentoring programmes which are
supported by a fair and well respected management team.
The effectiveness of these programmes mean that we have
one of the lowest staff-turnover rates in the industry
- at 3 years on average.
Systems - Due to the importance of good internal
control and technical systems in running an efficient
business we have an in-house development team with a
proven record of delivering high quality bespoke processing
tools as well as management and customer interfaces
capable of both monitoring and extracting information
during the production process.
Visibility - At 3iS, we work very closely with
our customers who, by virtue of the systems we have
in place, are given a high level of visibility during
the day-to-day running of the operations, and not just
afterwards as is most often the case. As a result, customers
are able to see results and help guide the process while
ensuring what they want is what they get! |
