The operational infrastructure at 3iS is one of the largest independent operations of its kind in South Africa. This allows us to provide highly scalable services to our customers and, coupled with the dynamic nature of our systems, an ability to meet their time constraints.

We have capacity for 150 workstations and staff, with overflow facilities on-hand to expand beyond this level when required. Additionally, we have a sufficiently large pool of operators and can operate 3 shifts/day, 7 days per week, thereby enhancing our capability some 5-fold when required.
